New Sardinian Holidays Ltd is a company that has been operating in villas self catering for more than 20 years, specialised in direct management of exclusive villas that reflect at least one of the following aspects: private pool and or sea view and / or few steps from the beach. We offer a sustainable eco tourism as our houses were not built for commercial purposes, but existed since the 1970 and were built using local materials as much as possible in a Mediterranean style as juniper wood, stone and marble. We work mostly with clients from North Europe and we provide excellent value for money and offer accommodations for every budget with a careful assistance throughout your stay. We operate all year and we are proud to provide all the services normally found in a hotel. Our team is specialised to provide everything you need to make your holiday unforgettable. – Prior to arrival you will be supported and advised during all stages of your booking by our staff. We speak different languages: Italian, French, German, English and Russian. – Upon arrival you will be given a range of information on the house and on the area; – During your stay we will take care that the house is functional, the pool is kept cleaned, the garden is kept in order and that the change of linen is done every week
