1.  To distribute your holiday enquiry made on ABTOI’s website, to its members in order to respond direct to the email and contact telephone number provided by you for this purpose
2.  To add your email address to our eNewsletter database to receive bi monthly updates from full ABTOI Members and Associate Members on special holiday discounts, new Italian holiday ideas and themed Italian holiday recommendations

ABTOI is an unincorporated non-profit making travel industry organization.  It is not a regulatory body and has no regulatory powers or functions. Accordingly, although we have certain requirements of our members, we are not able to warrant the financial status or reliability of any of our members and therefore do not accept any liability of whatsoever nature (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) for any loss or damage (including without limitation any loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any customer of a member from any cause whatsoever whensoever and howsoever arising.
